Gray Throws Shutout, Indians Run Rule SCF

The Indians advance to their fourth-straight FCSAA title game after a 10-0 win over State College of Florida.

Cameron Gray threw a gem, allowing zero runs.

Chipola College Indians Varsity secured the victory thanks to seven runs in the third inning. The offensive firepower by Chipola College Indians Varsity was led by Connor KehlDaniel Cerda, and Joshua Rivera, all driving in runs in the inning.

Chipola College Indians Varsity tallied seven runs in the third inning. Chipola College Indians Varsity put the pressure on, lead by a triple by Rivera, a single by Kehl, and a double by Cerda.

A double by Moore in the fifth inning was a positive for State College of Florida.

Gray led the Chipola College Indians Varsity to victory on the hill. He surrendered zero runs on two hits over five innings, striking out five.

Long led things off on the pitcher's mound for State College of Florida. He surrendered eight runs on eight hits over two and a third innings, striking out two and walking one. Beavin and Martin entered the game as relief, throwing one and two-thirds innings and one inning respectively.

Chipola College Indians Varsity tallied 14 hits on the day. KehlRiveraGray, and Cerda each racked up multiple hits for Chipola College Indians VarsityKehl went 3-for-3 at the plate to lead Chipola College Indians Varsity in hits.

The Indians will take on Northwest Florida State tomorrow at 10:00 a.m. EST/9:00 a.m. CST for the title. The Raiders would have to beat Chipola twice, as the Indians have no losses in the tournament.
