Chipola College Indians Varsity wins contest against Pensacola State College, 7-3

Chipola College Indians Varsity got on the board in the first inning when Joshua Rivera's sac fly scored one run for Chipola College Indians Varsity.

Chipola College Indians Varsity put up four runs in the third inning.  Chipola College Indians Varsity's big bats in the inning were led by walks by Corey Rosier and Rivera and sacrifice flies by Michael Cullen and Jozsef Rohrbacher.

Jake Smith led the Chipola College Indians Varsity to victory on the mound. He surrendered zero runs on two hits over three innings, walking one.  Cullen and Andrew Baker entered the game out of the bullpen and helped to close out the game in relief.

Sweeney led things off on the hill for Pensacola State College. He allowed three hits and seven runs over two and a third innings.  MiracleRiordan, and Miller each contributed in relief for Pensacola State College.

Parker Pillsbury started the game for Chipola College Indians Varsity. He surrendered one run on one hit over four innings, striking out two

Ivan JohnsonJordan AndersonCameron Gray, and Rohrbacher each collected one hit to lead Chipola College Indians Varsity.

Chayce Bryant went 3-for-4 at the plate to lead Pensacola State College in hits.

The Indians are back in action at home on Monday as they host Northwest Florida State at 5:00 p.m. CST.
