2014 Sam Cassell, Jr was named the FCSAA All-State Player of the Year and Panhandle Conference Player of the Year by leading his Indians to a 26-6 overall record. His team captured the Panhandle Conference Championship, FCSAA State Championship, and advanced to the Elite Eight of the NJCAA National Tournament. Cassell graduated and signed with the University of Connecticut.
2009 Casey Mitchell was named the NJCAA National Player of the Year while also capturing the FCCAA All-State Player of the Year, Panhandle Conference Player of the Year, and being named to the NJCAA First Team All-American. Mitchell led the '09 Indians in winning the FCCAA Region VIII Championship, Panhandle Conference Championship, and finishing 3rd at the NJCAA National Tournament.
2008 Kansas Jayhawk signee, Mario Little helped lead the Indians to a their fifth consecutive Panhandle Conference crown, the FCCAA State Championship, and the NJCAA National Tournament. His Indians broke numerous school records along the way and to his credit Little was named FCCAA Tournament MVP and NJCAA First Team All-American.
2007 JaMarcus Ellis was named the NJCAA National Player of the Year. His Indians were ranked #1 in the nation for 10 consecutive weeks in route to their fourth straight Panhandle Conference Championship, the FCCAA State Championship, and runner-up at the NJCAA National Tournament.
2006 Future Missouri Tiger, Stefhon Hannah ran the point for a 29-4 Indians squad that captured the Panhandle Conference Championship and finished Runner-up at the FCCAA State Tournament.
2005 Mario Boggan led his team to a 33-4 record, best in school history. His team also won the Panhandle Conference Championship, FCCAA State Championship and finished 4th at the NJCAA National Tournament.
2004 All-American Je'kel Foster led his team to a 32-5 School Record wins and games played. His team also won the Panhandle Conference Championship and finished 6th at the National Tournament.
1998 All-American Chris Porter became the first Chipola player to be drafted by the NBA, when he was signed by the Golden State Warriors in the 2000 draft. Porter was the 1999 SEC Player of the Year while playing for Auburn University.
1964 All-American Austin Robbins played in the ABA and still holds numerous Chipola records today. Robbins was inducted into the NJCAA Hall of Fame in 2006.
